In this study, experimental work was carried out on reinforced concrete (RC) beams strengthened with carbon fiber polymers (CFRP) plates. This study aims to examine the effect of reinforcement ratio flexural behavior these and propose a new model for predicting debonding moment. Six RC consisting three control CFRP plates were tested.
